The RKNt240/190H28 channel reducer is a component of cable tray systems designed to change the width of the tray, enabling a smooth transition between different dimensions. This is essential when designing and modifying electrical and telecommunications installations, where space must be adapted to varying numbers of cables. Constructed from steel, it ensures strength and durable connections.

Construction and materials

The product is manufactured from steel galvanized using the Sendzimir method (PN-EN 10346:2015-09), guaranteeing corrosion resistance and long-term performance even under harsh environmental conditions. For specific applications, a version made of stainless steel is also available (upon request), offering even higher resistance to external factors. The sheet thickness is 1.0 mm, ensuring structural robustness.

Application and functionality

The RKNt240/190H28 reducer is designed for use in cable trays with a height of 28 mm. It enables precise adaptation of the cable route to installation requirements, minimizing space loss and ensuring an aesthetic appearance. The reducer width is 240 mm on the inlet side and 190 mm on the outlet side, making it an ideal solution for situations requiring a reduction in cable tray cross-section. Hot-dip galvanized surfaces provide additional protection against moisture and atmospheric influences.

Installation and compatibility

Note: This reducer does not possess fire resistance properties (E30, E90).
