Three-way channel reducer – optimization of cable routing

This three-way channel reducer, made of steel, is used to change the width of cable routes. It enables a smooth transition between different cable tray dimensions, providing flexibility in designing and modifying electrical installations. This is particularly useful during the adaptation of existing installations or when adjusting cable routes to changing conditions.

Construction and materials

The RKNt340/190H48 reducer features a robust construction and high-quality materials. It is manufactured from zinc-coated steel using the Sendzimir process (PN-EN 10346:2015-09), ensuring corrosion resistance and long-term reliability. Additionally, an option is available to manufacture it from stainless steel (upon request), enhancing resistance to extreme environmental conditions. The sheet thickness is 1.0 mm, guaranteeing adequate mechanical strength.

Application and compatibility

The reducer is designed for use with cable trays of height 48 mm. Its dimensions – 340 mm (larger width) and 190 mm (smaller width) – allow precise adaptation to existing infrastructure. Hot-dip galvanization protects against atmospheric influences and ensures durable connections. It does not have fire performance retention properties (class E30, E90).
