Cable tray reducer – route width change

This reducer, made of steel, is used to change the width of the cable route. It allows for a smooth transition from a tray with a width of 350 mm to 240 mm, which is particularly useful when designing and modifying electrical installations. The three-way design provides adequate space for cable routing.

Durability and protection

The reducer is made of high-quality steel and protected with hot-dip galvanizing, which guarantees corrosion resistance and long-term operation even in harsh environmental conditions. The sheet thickness is 1.0 mm, which ensures adequate rigidity and strength of the structure. A version made of stainless steel is also available on request.

Installation and compatibility

The reducer is compatible with BAKS metal cable trays and other manufacturers using similar dimensional standards. The tray height is 38 mm. The product is easy to install and allows for quick adaptation of the installation to changing needs.

It is also worth mentioning that the reducer does not have a certificate confirming the maintenance of operational efficiency during a fire (E30, E90). Sendzimir galvanized steel (PN-EN 10346:2015-09) is a popular solution providing good anti-corrosion protection in standard installation conditions.
