Cable tray system – tray KCJ/KCOJ150H60/3

This cable tray has dimensions of 150 mm width and 60 mm height, made of steel with a thickness of 1.0 mm. The product is designed for routing cables in electrical installations, both in commercial and industrial construction. It provides a solid and durable structure for safe cable laying.

Construction and application

The tray is characterized by an integrated connector, which facilitates and speeds up installation. Side perforation and mounting perforation in the bottom part allow for flexible mounting and adaptation to various installation conditions. Holes in the bottom (Ø8.5 mm) allow the tray to be suspended on an M8 rod. Made of galvanized steel ensures corrosion resistance and long-term operation. The tray is available in a standard length of 3000 mm and weighs 1.86 kg/m.

Safety and compliance with standards

A key feature of this tray is its compliance with the E90 fire resistance system, which means the ability to maintain integrity for at least 90 minutes in the event of a fire (according to DIN 4102-12 standard). This makes it an ideal solution for critical installations such as fire alarm systems, alarm systems and emergency lighting. This ensures the continued operation of these systems even in extreme conditions. It is possible to manufacture from various materials (galvanized steel by Sendzimir method PN-EN 10346:2015-09, hot-dip galvanized steel PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02 or stainless steel) allows to adapt the product to specific project requirements. Additionally, painting in a standard RAL palette is available on request.
