Cable tray – a solid foundation for installation

This cable tray measures 300 mm in width and 60 mm in height, and is made of durable steel with a thickness of 1.5 mm. Its construction, based on hot-dip galvanization, ensures high corrosion resistance and long-lasting protection of cables. Side and bottom perforations facilitate the mounting of accessories and tray suspension, while the absence of cutouts on the side panels means that dedicated connectors must be used – guaranteeing the stability and safety of the entire installation.

Functionality and safety in one

The KCP/KCOP300H60/3 tray meets the requirements of the E90 operational efficiency system according to DIN 4102-12. This means that in the event of a fire, the tray will maintain its functionality for at least 90 minutes, protecting critical circuits – such as fire alarm, alarm and emergency lighting systems. This ensures the continued operation of life and property saving devices. The useful cross-section of 17800 mm² allows for the free routing of a large number of cables.

Installation and additional information

• It is recommended to use SGKM6x12 or SGM6x12 screws for mounting the tray.
• Holes with a diameter of 8.5 mm in the bottom of the trays (in models with a width of 50 mm) allow them to be suspended on an M8 rod.
• If using substitutes of a different height, ensure that all system components are compatible with them.
• The tray is available in a standard steel version, but can be made of stainless steel or painted in a selected color from the RAL palette on request.
• The trays are connected exclusively using dedicated connectors – the absence of cutouts on the side panels guarantees a solid connection.
• The material is made of steel galvanized by the Sendzimir method (PN-EN 10346:2015-09) or by the immersion method (PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02) – depending on the order.
