Metal cable tray for cable routing

This is a solid metal cable tray designed for efficient and safe cable routing in electrical installations. Made of high-quality steel with a thickness of 1.5 mm, it provides durability and resistance to mechanical damage. Hot-dip galvanized surface guarantees protection against corrosion, making it an ideal solution for both indoor and outdoor applications.

The KCP400H110/3N cable tray has dimensions of 400 mm width and 110 mm height, offering space for many cables. Side perforations and those in the bottom part facilitate the mounting of accessories and fixing the tray to the substrate. The useful cross-section of 43800 mm² allows for free laying of cables of various thicknesses.

Construction and mounting:

The cable tray is designed for easy installation. The lack of cutouts on the tray side means that joining is done exclusively with dedicated connectors – ensuring the stability of the entire structure. It is recommended to use SGKM6x12 or SGM6x12 screws for mounting. It is important to remember that when using substitutes of a different height, all elements of the system should be selected according to the same parameter.

Materials and workmanship:

The cable tray is standardly made of galvanized steel using the Sendzimir method (PN-EN 10346:2015-09). Versions are also available to order: steel galvanized by immersion method (PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02) and stainless steel. It is also possible to paint in a standard RAL palette, allowing you to match the color to the surroundings. In the case of choosing a version made of stainless steel with a thickness ≥ 1.2mm, the perforation is less frequent and the upper embossing for snapping the cover is missing.

• The weight of the cable tray is approximately 6.11 kg/m length (standard length is 3000 mm).
