Cable tray system – tray KCP400H50/3

This is a solid cable tray with a width of 400 mm and a height of 50 mm, made of steel with a thickness of 1.5 mm. Designed for efficient cable routing in electrical installations, both in commercial and industrial facilities. Its construction provides strength and durability, and the galvanized surface guarantees corrosion resistance. The tray is perforated, which facilitates the mounting of accessories and ensures optimal ventilation of the cables.

Construction and mounting

The KCP400H50/3 N tray is characterized by the lack of connectors in the standard version – which means that the connection is made directly. SGKM6x12 or SGM6x12 screws are recommended for mounting. Holes in the bottom of the tray (Ø8.5 mm) allow it to be suspended on an M8 rod, providing flexibility in the installation method. It is important that when using substitutes of a different height, all elements of the system are selected taking this parameter into account. Thanks to the side perforation, additional accessories such as holders or partitions can be easily mounted.

Materials and protection

The tray is made of steel, available in various finishing options: Sendzimir galvanized steel (S), hot-dip galvanized steel (F - available for orders above 300 m) and stainless steel (E - for thicknesses ≥ 1.2mm less frequent perforation). It is standardly offered with a hot-dip zinc coating, which provides high corrosion resistance even in harsh environmental conditions. It is also possible to paint the tray in the standard RAL palette (option L). The useful cross-section of the tray is 19800 mm². The weight of the tray is 4.86 kg/m with a length of 3000 mm.
