The KCP500H110/3N cable tray is a solid and functional element of electrical installation systems, designed for safe and organized cable routing. Made of high-quality steel with a sheet thickness of 1.5 mm, it provides durability and resistance to mechanical damage. Side and bottom perforation facilitates the mounting of accessories and fixing the tray to the substrate.

The tray is particularly useful in industrial, commercial installations and public buildings where high load capacity and system reliability are required. Its open construction provides easy access to cables, which facilitates maintenance and installation modifications.

Construction and materials

The KCP500H110/3N cable tray is characterized by a solid construction based on a steel profile with a width of 500 mm and a height of 110 mm. The steel used is hot-dip galvanized, which provides excellent protection against corrosion, even in harsh environmental conditions. This allows the tray to be used both indoors and outdoors.

Various material variants are available – steel galvanized by the Sendzimir method (PN-EN 10346:2015-09), steel galvanized by the immersion method (PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02) and stainless steel. Additionally, it is possible to paint the tray in a standard RAL palette, allowing it to be adapted to the aesthetics of the surroundings.

Installation and additional information

Installation of the tray requires the use of SGKM6x12 or SGM6x12 screws. It is important to remember that the tray does not have cutouts in the side, therefore connection is made exclusively using dedicated connectors. If substitutes of a different height are used, all system elements should be selected based on this parameter. Orders below 300 meters may be fulfilled in a longer timeframe – after consultation with the Onninen sales department.
