Steel cable tray – a solid solution for installation routing

The KCP50H60/3 N tray is an element of a cable management system, designed for safe and aesthetic routing of electrical, telecommunications and other installations. Made of high-quality steel with a thickness of 1.5 mm, it provides durability and resistance to mechanical damage. Construction and application

The tray with dimensions of 50 mm (width) x 60 mm (height) and a length of 3000 mm is made of steel and protected with hot-dip galvanizing, which guarantees corrosion resistance even in harsh environmental conditions. The useful cross-section of 2900 mm² allows for the free laying of a large number of cables. Mounting holes in the bottom (Ø8.5 mm) allow the tray to be suspended on an M8 rod. The lack of cut-outs in the tray side means that connection requires dedicated connectors.

These types of trays are used in electrical installations mounted on grounded steel structures, as well as in hydraulic and pneumatic installations. They meet the E-90 function, which means they maintain their functionality for 90 minutes in fire conditions (according to DIN 4102-12 and the National Technical Assessment CNBOP-PIB-KOT-2018/0056-3709 issue 1).
