Cable tray system – trunking KCP50H60/6

This is a solid cable trunking with dimensions of 50 mm width and 60 mm height, made of steel with a thickness of 1.5 mm. Designed for efficient cable routing in electrical installations. Its construction provides not only order but also protection of cables against mechanical damage. The trunking is hot-dip galvanized, which guarantees high corrosion resistance and long-term operation even in harsh environmental conditions.

Construction and mounting

The KCP50H60/6 trunking is characterized by side and bottom perforation, which facilitates the mounting of accessories and suspension of the structure. Holes with a diameter of 8.5 mm in the bottom allow the trunking to be attached to an M8 rod. It is worth remembering that dedicated connectors must be used to connect the trunking – the lack of a cut-out in the trunking side forces this solution. This ensures a stable and safe connection. If substitutes of a different height are used, all elements of the system must be selected according to the same parameter.

Application and safety

This trunking is not only an element organizing the installation, but also an element ensuring safety. It meets the requirements of the E90 system, which means that it maintains its functionality for 90 minutes in fire conditions – maintaining the operation of electrical circuits in critical situations. Side perforation facilitates cable ventilation, and the solid construction made of high-quality steel ensures durability and reliability. The useful cross-section of the trunking is 2800 mm², which allows for the free routing of many cables simultaneously.
