WC50 E90 Cable Tray Hanger – Non-Suspension Cable Routes

This hanger, made of galvanized steel, is an element of a cable tray suspension system. It provides solid and secure cable mounting, and its construction is designed for demanding installations. The WC50 E90 hanger is particularly recommended in places where maintaining the continuity of the installation in the event of a fire is crucial.

Functionality and safety

The WC50 hanger meets the requirements of the E90 functionality maintenance system according to DIN 4102-12. This means that it ensures at least 90 minutes of functionality maintenance of devices in the building – such as fire alarm systems, fire alarm systems or emergency lighting – in the event of a threat. This is a key solution for ensuring the safety of people and property. The construction of 2.0 mm thick sheet metal guarantees strength and stability.

Materials and finishing

As standard, the hanger is made of galvanized steel using the Sendzimir method (PN-EN 10346:2015-09), which provides good corrosion resistance. Additionally, options are available to order:

• Zinc flaking (FP) – PN-EN ISO 10683:2018-11 – for increased anti-corrosion protection.
• Stainless steel version (E) – ideal for aggressive environments.
• Painting (L) – in a standard RAL palette, allowing to match the installation color scheme.

The hanger is characterized by a permissible load of 220 N and a height of 88 mm. It does not have the possibility of coupling with other elements. The surface protection is zinc, which additionally protects against corrosion. The model is single and does not include mounting elements in the set.
