Mounting for Cable Systems – Reliability and Versatility

The WPL200 bracket is a robust solution for mounting cable trays, cable ladders, pipes and other electrical installation elements. It is particularly suitable for places with limited space, such as above suspended ceilings. Its design allows for flexible mounting – both on walls and ceilings.

The bracket is made of steel, which guarantees durability and long-term operation. It is standardly offered with a hot-dip galvanized coating, providing high corrosion resistance. Additionally, it is possible to order a version made of stainless steel or painted in any color from the RAL palette.

The bracket set includes a NOW40x22 protective cap, increasing safety and aesthetics of the installation. It is possible to manufacture brackets with non-standard lengths, tailored to individual project needs.

User and technical parameters

The design of the WPL200 bracket has been designed with safety and ease of installation in mind. It is adapted to cooperate with cable support systems with a width of 200 mm and withstands a load of up to 1700 N (1.7 kN), which confirms compliance with IEC 61537 standard. The width of 40 mm and height of 95 mm allow for discreet installation in various spaces.

Thanks to the use of galvanized steel by immersion method (according to PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02), the bracket is characterized by high resistance to atmospheric conditions and corrosion, making it an ideal solution for both indoor and outdoor applications. Please note that the product does not have a certification regarding maintaining functionality during a fire (E30/E90).
