Mounting to steel structures – clamp ZCM1

The ZCM1 clamp is an indispensable element when mounting electrical and mechanical installation components to steel structures. It is used to securely and stably mount rods, clamps, cable trays and other components to I-beams, angle irons and steel beams. Its versatility makes it suitable for use on construction sites, in industrial plants and in workshops.

The clamp is characterized by a solid construction and is made of steel with a flake zinc coating (compliant with PN-EN ISO 10683:2018-11), which ensures high corrosion resistance and long-term reliability even in harsh environmental conditions. The specially serrated surface of the clamp provides additional protection against accidental slipping of the mounted element, increasing the safety of the entire installation.

Installation and application:

The ZCM1 clamp is designed to work with M6 thread. Please note that the fastening screw (marked as “b”) is supplied separately in a collective package, allowing you to choose the appropriate type and length of the screw depending on the specifics of the mounted element and the thickness of the structural material. This gives the installer full control over the installation process and allows them to adapt it to individual needs.
