Universal mounting for metal structures

The ZCS clamp is a solid and versatile solution for mounting rods, clamps and other elements to I-beams, angle bars and other metal structures. It will work both on construction sites and in workshops, providing a stable and secure connection. It is an essential element in the installation of support systems for electrical installations, HVAC or supporting structures.

The clamp is made of high-quality materials, which guarantees its durability and corrosion resistance. It is standardly supplied with flake zinc coating (FP) in accordance with PN-EN ISO 10683:2018-11, which provides effective protection against the effects of atmospheric factors. On request, a stainless steel version (E) and with a painted coating in any RAL color (L) are also available, allowing it to be adapted to specific project requirements.

Construction and assembly:

The ZCS clamp has three M8 threaded holes for mounting with screws. The serrated surface of the clamp additionally protects against accidental slipping of the mounted element, increasing safety and connection stability. It should be remembered that screws (marked as “b”) are supplied separately in a bulk package – additional screws with lock nuts are added to each clamp with screws screwed in, in a separate package. This type of packaging minimizes the risk of losing fasteners during transport and assembly.
