Universal mounting for steel structures

The ZCS1 clamp is a robust and versatile solution for mounting rods, clamps and other elements to I-beams, angle bars and other steel structures. The product is designed for applications requiring high strength and reliability, both in installations performed by professionals and in projects carried out by individual customers.

Design and application

The ZCS1 clamp stands out for its versatility. Thanks to its specially serrated surface, it provides additional protection against the mounted element slipping. It has three M8 threaded holes, which allow for flexible mounting using screws. It can be used to build solid mounts without the need for drilling or welding into the steel structure. In addition, a 14 mm diameter hole allows for the mounting of threaded rods, hooks or OZC… clamps, which expands its range of applications.

Material and anti-corrosion protection

Made of galvanized steel using the flake zinc (FP) method in accordance with PN-EN ISO 10683:2018-11, the ZCS1 clamp provides high corrosion resistance and long-term operation. A version made of stainless steel (E) is also available on request, as well as the possibility of painting in any RAL color (L), which allows it to be adapted to specific project requirements. The clamp's strength is 2000 N.
