Universal mounting for steel structures

The ZCV clamp is a robust element used to mount rods, clamps and other components to I-beams, angle irons and other steel structures. Its versatility makes it suitable for use on construction sites, in industrial plants, and in electrical installations. Made of durable materials, it provides a stable and secure connection.

Design and materials

The ZCV clamp is characterized by a sheet thickness of 5.0 mm, which guarantees its resistance to loads. It is standardly made of hot-dip galvanized steel (marking F, compliant with PN-EN ISO 1461:2011), providing corrosion resistance. A stainless steel version (marking E) and a painted version in any color from the RAL palette (marking L) are also available on request. This allows you to adapt the clamp to specific environmental conditions and the aesthetics of the project.

Installation and safety

The clamp is mounted using three threaded M10 holes, allowing it to be securely screwed to the structure. The specially serrated surface of the clamp provides additional protection against accidental slipping of the mounted element. It is worth remembering that screws are supplied separately – the bulk package contains clamps with screws inserted and additional screws in a separate package. This type of packaging minimizes the risk of losing mounting elements. This ensures that the installer has access to all the necessary components immediately.
