The ZLSN1 snap-in connector is an innovative solution for connecting cable trays without screws. Its design ensures quick installation and high connection strength, comparable to traditional screw methods – as confirmed by tests. The additional locking mechanism prevents the connector from accidentally detaching from the tray, guaranteeing installation stability.

Strength and materials

Made of steel, the ZLSN1 connector is solid and resistant to damage. It is available in various finishes to suit specific project requirements:

• Hot-dip galvanizing: provides high corrosion resistance, ideal for outdoor use and in harsh environmental conditions.
• Flake zinc coating (FP): compliant with PN-EN ISO 10683:2018-11, offers excellent anti-corrosion protection.
• Stainless steel (E): guarantees the highest corrosion resistance and is ideal for use in demanding environments.
• Painting (L): allows color matching to the standard RAL palette, providing an aesthetic look of the installation.

Installation and compatibility

The ZLSN1 connector is designed for all heights of cable trays. During installation, remember to select the appropriate number of connectors and any additional components (UZS) depending on the width of the tray:

• For trays with a width of 100-200 mm, it is recommended to use 2 x ZLSN + 1 x UZS.
• For trays with a width of 300 mm, it is recommended to use 2 x ZLSN + 2 x UZS.
• For trays with a width of 400-600 mm, it is recommended to use 2 x ZLSN + 3 x UZS.
