Universal solution for changing direction and terminating cable routes

The BRZJ200H60 reduction and termination plate is an element of cable tray systems that allows for flexible adaptation of the installation to the specifics of the project. It can be used both as a cable route termination element and to change its width – creating single or double-sided reductions. This is a practical solution for installers and users who need precise adaptation of the system to existing infrastructure.

Materials and workmanship

The BRZJ200H60 plate is standardly made of galvanized steel using the Sendzimir method (S), in accordance with PN-EN 10346:2015-09. This ensures good corrosion resistance in typical operating conditions. It is also available on request in other material variants:

• Hot-dip galvanized steel (F): Provides higher corrosion resistance, especially in harsh environmental conditions – compliant with PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02.
• Stainless steel (E): Ideal for applications requiring the highest corrosion resistance, e.g. in chemically aggressive environments.
• Painting (L): The plate can be painted in any color from the RAL palette, allowing for aesthetic adaptation to the surroundings.

The plate thickness is 1.0 mm, which guarantees adequate stiffness and structural strength.

Assembly and application

The assembly of the BRZJ200H60 plate is simple and intuitive – just use SGKM6x12 or SGM6x12 screws. The ability to create single-sided reductions (with LPU… connectors) or double-sided reductions provides a great deal of freedom in designing the cable route. In the case of a double-sided reduction, plates of different widths can be combined, e.g. for a 200mm reduction, BZR…50… and BZR…150… plates or two BZR…100… plates can be used. The plate fits all types of cable trays of a given height, making it a universal element of electrical and telecommunication installations.
