Priority valve with pressure regulator Bermad DN 65 WW-2,5-723-LE
Priority valve with pressure regulator Bermad DN 65 is a reliable solution to ensure prioritized water supply to key parts of the installation. Its design combines the functions of a regulator and a pressure limiter, guaranteeing stable operating parameters and protection against the effects of sudden pressure changes.
This valve is used wherever maintaining a continuous water supply to important consumers is a priority, such as fire protection systems or medical devices. In the event of a pressure drop in the network, the valve automatically redirects the water flow to these consumers, ensuring their continuous operation. The remaining parts of the installation are supplied only after the pressure stabilizes and an adequate amount of water is ensured.
Made of high-quality cast iron GGG 40 and equipped with an NBR (butadiene-acrylonitrile rubber) membrane, the Bermad valve is characterized by durability and corrosion resistance. The flange pressure class PN 16 ensures safe operation in installations with a maximum working pressure of 16 bar. Thanks to the use of hydraulic control, the valve maintains its parameters and functionality even after a power failure – this is important in emergency situations.
- Prioritized supply: Ensures a continuous water supply to the most important parts of the installation.
- Overpressure protection: Protects the low-pressure part of the installation from excessive pressure increases.
- Hydraulic control: Maintains operating parameters even after a power failure.
- Anti-cavitation design: Prevents damage caused by cavitation.
- High reliability: Bermad valves are known for their high Kv coefficient, minimizing flow losses and ensuring laminar water flow.
- Easy adjustment: Allows precise adjustment of operating parameters to individual installation needs.
- Glycerine pressure gauge: Facilitates reading the current working pressure.
The valve is designed to operate at a maximum temperature of 80°C and offers a wide pressure adjustment range from 1 to 15 bar, allowing it to be adapted to various operating conditions. DN 65 is a popular nominal diameter that will work in many types of water supply installations.
