The PLEX 322-30 plate heat exchanger is a key component of a heat pump installation, designed to work with systems powered by groundwater with a capacity of 17 to 33 kW. Its construction based on stainless steel plates guarantees reliable heat exchange and long life, even in demanding conditions. Construction and application
The PLEX 322-30 heat exchanger is specifically designed to work with popular NIBE F1145, F1245, F1145 PC, F1245PC and F1345 heat pumps. It utilizes the principle of heat exchange between the primary circuit (groundwater) and the secondary circuit (central heating installation), ensuring optimal energy utilization. The brazed plate construction provides high tightness and heat exchange efficiency. Additionally, the heat exchanger has thermal insulation (two 30 mm layers), minimizing heat loss and increasing the efficiency of the entire system.

- High efficiency: Thanks to the use of 30 stainless steel plates, the heat exchanger provides a large heat exchange surface, which translates into efficient building heating. The flow rate of the primary circuit is as much as 38 m³/h, and the secondary circuit 2.5 m³/h.
- Durability and resistance: Made of stainless steel (SS 23 43) it is resistant to corrosion and mechanical damage, which guarantees long device life.
- Wide temperature range: The ability to operate in a range of secondary circuit temperatures from -195°C to 185°C makes the heat exchanger universal and can be used in various climatic conditions. The maximum flow temperature is 185°C.
- Easy installation: Connections with a nominal diameter of 2 inches (50 mm) on both sides and an external thread facilitate integration with the existing installation. The connection spacing is 520 mm.
- Safety: The maximum differential pressure at the level of 3 bar ensures safe system operation.
- Ready for insulation: The heat exchanger is adapted for wrapping with thermal insulation, which further reduces energy losses.
- Heat exchange power: The heat exchanger offers a power of 81 kW, making it an efficient element of the heating system.
