Halogen-free installation cable – safety and reliability in one

The BiTinstal®H(p) 3G1.5 flat installation cable is designed for safe and durable electrical installations inside buildings. Made of copper conductors with a cross-section of 1.5 mm², it is ideal for power, lighting, signaling and control circuits. Its construction and materials guarantee high resistance to mechanical damage and external factors.

Construction and properties

The BiTinstal®H(p) cable is distinguished by the use of LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) insulation. This means that in the event of a fire, this cable emits minimal smoke and toxic gases, significantly increasing the safety of users and facilitating evacuation. The flat construction makes it easy to install and route the cable in various spaces – under plaster, on plaster, in plaster, and directly in brick or concrete walls. Copper conductors ensure good electrical conductivity and reliable operation of the installation. Additionally, the cable has a yellow-green protective conductor to increase safety.

Application and compliance with standards

The BiTinstal®H(p) 3G1.5 cable meets the requirements of the CPR B2ca-s1b,d0,a1 standard, which confirms its high fire reaction classification. Therefore, it can be used in facilities with increased fire protection requirements – such as public buildings, schools or hospitals. The cable is designed to operate at temperatures from -30°C to +80°C and at a rated voltage of 450/750V. The possibility of use in both dry and humid rooms makes it a universal solution for a wide range of electrical installations.
