Control cable for internal installations

The BiT LiYY 4x1.5 control cable is a flexible solution for running electrical installations inside buildings. It is characterized by conductors with a cross-section of 1.5 mm² and color coding, which facilitates identification during assembly and servicing. This cable is designed to operate at a rated voltage of 300V.

Construction and application

The cable construction is based on four copper conductors, insulated with PVC. The whole is surrounded by an external coating of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), providing mechanical protection and resistance to external factors. The LiYY cable is particularly recommended for use in dry and humid rooms where flexibility and ease of routing are required. It will be suitable for control, signaling and power supply installations of devices with low power consumption.

Safety and compliance with standards

The BiT LiYY 4x1.5 cable meets safety standards and has a fire reaction class of Eca according to EN 13501-6. This means that in the event of a fire, the cable limits the spread of fire and smoke - important for the safety of the installation and users. Additionally, the cable is resistant to oil (according to EN 60811-2-1), which increases its durability in specific working conditions. The permissible operating temperature range for flexible connections is from -5°C to 70°C, and for fixed installations from -30°C to 70°C.
