The BiT 500 (St) BLACK FR 2x0.75 control cable is a reliable solution for control installations, both indoors and outdoors – including laying in the ground. It will be useful in applications requiring resistance to external factors and maintaining stable operating parameters.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a construction that ensures high signal quality and protection against interference. Made of multi-strand copper conductors class 5, insulated with polyvinyl chloride (PVC), it offers good flexibility and ease of installation. A screen made of metallized foil minimizes the impact of electromagnetic interference on transmitted signals. The conductors are black and clearly numbered, which facilitates identification during installation and maintenance. In addition, the outer PVC coating provides resistance to mechanical damage and weather conditions.

Technical parameters and operating range

The BiT 500 BLACK FR 2x0.75 cable is designed to operate at a rated voltage of 300/500V and an allowable ambient temperature from -40°C to +80°C for fixed installations. The minimum bending radius is 44 mm for fixed installations and 74 mm for movable installations, ensuring comfortable work during assembly. The conductor cross-section of 0.75 mm² is suitable for many control applications with medium current load. The conductor resistance at 20°C is 26 Ω/km.
