The use of an overall screen and pair screens in the form of aluminum foil with an earthing conductor provides effective protection against electromagnetic interference, which is crucial in control and automation systems. Thanks to the conductor class 5 (multi-strand flexible), the cable is easy to install and adapts to the shape of the installation. The permissible operating temperature range from -40°C to +80°C makes it suitable for use in harsh environmental conditions.

Screening is provided by aluminum foil around the bundle and foil on each pair – this guarantees excellent protection against interference. Multi-strand copper conductors with a cross-section of 1.5 mm² provide good conductivity and flexibility. PVC insulation protects against moisture, chemicals and mechanical damage. The cable is designed to operate at a voltage of 300/500 V. It is ideal for installations inside buildings, machines and equipment.

Safety and compliance with standards

The cable meets the requirements for fire resistance according to IEC 60332-1-2, which increases safety in the event of a fire. Reaction to fire class Eca ensures limited contribution to the spread of fire and low emission of smoke and toxic gases – although it does not have certificates confirming the absence of halogen or low smoke emission (according to IEC 60754-2 and IEC 61034-2). The minimum bending radius of 60 mm for fixed installations and 120 mm for movable installations facilitates installation and prevents damage to the cable during operation.
