The BiT 500 cable is a flexible solution designed for use in energy control and protection devices and control circuits. It is also suitable for powering low-power receivers and portable devices. Construction and properties

The BiT 500 cable is characterized by a solid construction. It has 10 cores with a cross-section of 1.0 mm², made of stranded copper class 5, which ensures flexibility and durability of connections. The cores are numbered for easy identification during installation. The insulation and outer jacket made of PVC guarantee resistance to abrasion and mechanical damage. Additionally, the jacket is oil-resistant and self-extinguishing, which increases safety. The braided screen effectively protects against electromagnetic interference, ensuring stable signal transmission.

The minimum bending radius is 57.5 mm for fixed installations and 115 mm for mobile installations without guidance. The rated voltage U0/U is 300/500 V. The product meets the requirements of PN-EN 60332-1 and IEC 60332-1 standards regarding fire resistance. The reaction to fire class according to EN 13501-6 is Eca. The core resistance at 20°C is 19.5 Ω/km.
