The BiT 500 cable is characterized by a stranded wire construction (class 5), which provides high flexibility and easy installation even in tight spaces. Insulation and the outer jacket made of PVC guarantee resistance to mechanical damage and external factors. The shielding braid made of tinned copper strands (with a coverage density of 85%) effectively protects against electromagnetic interference, which is particularly important in industrial installations and automation. Additionally, the cable is oil-resistant, which increases its range of applications.

Applications and operating parameters

The BiT 500 cable works perfectly in dry and humid environments, both in fixed and mobile installations. The rated voltage of 300/500V allows for safe use in various electrical devices. The minimum bending radius for mobile installations is 57 mm, and for fixed installations 28.5 mm – which makes it easy to route the cable even in complex systems. The permissible ambient temperature during operation ranges from -40°C to +80°C, making it a universal solution for various environmental conditions. The fire reaction class Eca meets basic fire safety requirements. The cores are numbered for easy identification during installation.
