BiT 500 (St) CH 10x1.0 control cable is an advanced solution dedicated to control installations, both indoors and outdoors. The cable's construction combines a number of features ensuring reliable operation and high safety. The use of copper as the material for the cores guarantees excellent electrical conductivity, and the screen made of foil and copper braid minimizes electromagnetic interference, which is crucial in precise control systems.

This cable is also characterized by high resistance to external factors. Flame retardancy compliant with IEC 60332-1-2 and IEC 60332-3-24 (cat. C) standards and low smoke emission (IEC 61034-2) ensure safety in the event of a fire. Additionally, the cable is halogen-free according to IEC 60754-1 and IEC 60754-2 standards, which means that it does not release toxic substances during combustion – important for the health of installers and end-users alike. Reaction to fire class Dca and acidity class a1 further confirm its fire-resistant properties.

The cable's construction has been carefully designed for ease of installation and durability. The cores made of copper with flexibility class 5 are stranded, which facilitates their shaping and connection. The gray color of the jacket/insulation makes it easy to identify the cable in the installation. The minimum bending radius in mobile installations is 117 mm, and in fixed installations 58.5 mm – these parameters allow for flexible cable routing even in tight spaces. The nominal core cross-section is 1 mm², and the rated voltage U/U0 is 500/300 V.
