BiT 500 (St) CH 37x1.5 control cable is an advanced solution for transmitting control and power signals in various installations. Equipped with a screen in the form of foil and copper braid, it provides effective protection against electromagnetic interference, which is crucial in industrial environments and automation. The construction with 37 cores with a cross-section of 1.5 mm² allows for the implementation of complex control systems.

This cable combines safety and functionality. Flame retardancy compliant with IEC 60332-1-2 and IEC 60332-3-24 (cat. C) standards and halogen-free (compliant with IEC 60754-1 and IEC 60754-2) guarantee a high level of safety, minimizing the risk of generating toxic gases in the event of a fire. Reaction to fire class Dca, acidity class a1 and dripping/particle formation class d1 further confirm its fire-retardant properties.

Construction and application

The BiT 500 (St) CH cable is characterized by a flexible construction with multi-wire copper cores of class 5, which facilitates installation and routing even in tight spaces. The cores are numbered for easy identification, and their insulation is made of a material that meets high quality requirements. Thanks to this, the cable works perfectly in both fixed and mobile installations, both indoors and outdoors. The minimum bending radius of 108 mm for fixed installations and 216 mm for mobile installations ensures comfortable work during installation.

Designed to operate at a rated voltage of up to 500V (U0: 300V), this cable is used in energy-intensive control and protection devices and control circuits. It will be useful where reliable signal transmission and protection against external factors are required - both in industry and in commercial or residential construction. Core resistance at 13.3 Ω/km ensures efficient current conduction.
