BiT 500 (St) CH 7x2.5 control cable is a reliable solution for control and power installations. Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a multi-core construction with seven copper conductors with a cross-section of 2.5 mm². These cores are numbered for easy identification during installation. An important element is a common screen in the form of metallized foil and tinned copper braid, which provides effective protection against electromagnetic interference. Made of halogen-free materials, which increases safety in the event of a fire – it limits the emission of toxic gases.

The BiT 500 (St) CH 7x2.5 cable is designed to operate at a voltage of 300/500V. Its flexibility makes it easy to lay even in tight spaces, and the high quality of insulation guarantees reliable connections. Intended for use in energy-intensive control and protection devices and control circuits. It will also be useful for powering low-power receivers, mobile and portable devices.

In accordance with PN-EN 50575 (CPR), the cable meets the appropriate requirements regarding reaction to fire and safety of use. The minimum bending radius for mobile connections is 7.5 x Ø cable, which ensures its proper operation without mechanical damage. Insulation resistance is 20MΩxkm and test voltage is 3000V (50Hz).
