Construction and Properties
The HTKSHekw cable features a robust design with copper conductors of 2.3 mm² cross-section. It contains 16 cores, providing high flexibility for designing telecommunication networks. A static shield (ekw) effectively protects against electromagnetic interference, ensuring stable signal transmission. The use of halogen-free materials minimizes the emission of toxic substances in case of fire, enhancing user safety and facilitating evacuation.
Application and Compliance with Standards
This fire-resistant cable has been tested in accordance with DIN 4102 Part 12, confirming its ability to maintain functionality for at least 90 minutes under fire conditions (PH90). Additionally, it ensures insulation integrity for up to 3 hours (FE180). Thanks to these properties, it can be used in E90 cable routes as part of an E90 cable system. It is ideal for:
