Mining cable OnGc-G 0.6/1kV 3x35+3x16/3 GG1058
Special-purpose mining cable
This OnGc-G 0.6/1kV rubber mining cable is designed to operate in the demanding conditions typical of underground and surface mining. It features high mechanical and chemical resistance, ensuring reliable power supply in harsh environments. This cable is intended for powering mobile and portable receivers where standard solutions fail.
Construction and operating parameters
The OnGc-G cable stands out with its solid construction. Multi-strand tinned copper conductors guarantee good conductivity and flexibility. Insulation made of special heat-resistant rubber ensures safe operation at elevated temperatures – up to +90°C. A rubber jacket, oil-resistant and flame-retardant, protects the cable from mechanical damage and the influence of aggressive chemical substances found in mines. Protective conductors are made of special conductive rubber, increasing safety.
The cable is available in various conductor configurations and cross-sections, tailored to specific application needs. The offer includes versions from 3x16+3x10/3 to 3x120+3x35/3, as well as combinations with auxiliary conductors. The minimum bending radius is 6x the outer diameter for fixed installation and 10x the outer diameter for mobile receivers – making it easier to install and lay the cable in tight spaces.
Application and compliance with standards
The OnGc-G cable is primarily used in underground and surface mining, outside areas with a risk of methane and coal dust explosion. It is ideal for powering various portable and mobile devices used in the extraction process. It meets the requirements of the ZN-FKR-019:2007/A1:2015 and PN-EN 60332-1-2:2010/A1:2016-02 standards, confirming its high quality and safety. The test voltage of the working conductors is 3.2 kV and 2 kV for the auxiliary conductors.
