Mining cable OnGc-G 0.6/1kV 3x95+3x35/3 GG1067
Mining cable for harsh conditions
This OnGc-G 0.6/1kV rubber mining cable, manufactured by BITNER, is designed for the reliable power supply of equipment in demanding mining environments. It is characterized by high flexibility and resistance to mechanical damage, making it an ideal choice for both installers and end-users. This cable is used in underground, borehole and open-pit mining operations – wherever standard cables cannot withstand the load.
Construction and properties
The OnGc-G cable has a multi-core construction with tinned copper conductors, ensuring good conductivity and corrosion resistance. The cores are insulated with special heat-resistant rubber (Gc), and the whole is surrounded by a tyre made of oil-resistant rubber with high flame propagation resistance (On). This construction guarantees safety and long-term operation even in extreme conditions. Additionally, the cable is flexible, which facilitates its installation and adaptation to the specifics of the installation.
Application and parameters
The OnGc-G 0.6/1kV cable with a 3x95+3x35/3 configuration is intended for powering mobile and portable consumers in mining – outside of areas with a risk of methane and coal dust explosion. Thanks to its construction and properties, it performs perfectly in applications requiring high resistance to abrasion, oils and variable temperatures. This cable complies with the ZN-FKR-019:2007/A1:2015 and PN-EN 60332-1-2:2010/A1:2016-02 standards. It can operate at temperatures from -40°C to +90°C, and the maximum core temperature during a short circuit is +250°C. The minimum bending radius for fixed installations is 6x the outer diameter of the cable, and for mobile consumers – 10x the outer diameter of the cable.
