Mining signal cable YnHKGSLY 0.6/1kV 2x4.0+4.0
This mining signal cable, designated YnHKGSLY, is designed to operate in the demanding conditions of underground environments. It features a robust construction and ensures reliable signal transmission in a mining environment. Made of copper conductors with a cross-section of 4 mm², insulated with polyvinyl chloride (PVC), it offers good flexibility and resistance to mechanical damage.
This cable has a braided screen that minimizes electromagnetic interference and ensures stable signal transmission. Additionally, the presence of a protective conductor increases safety. The cable conductors are identified by colors and numbers for easy identification during installation and maintenance.
Construction and application
The YnHKGSLY cable is particularly useful in applications requiring high reliability and resistance to harsh environmental conditions. It is used in control, automation and data transmission systems in mines. Thanks to its construction, this cable is resistant to abrasion, moisture and the action of chemicals typical of the mining environment.
- Durable PVC insulation: Provides good protection against moisture and mechanical damage.
- Braided screen: Protects against electromagnetic interference, guaranteeing stable signal transmission.
- Protective conductor: Increases safety by providing protection against electric shock.
- Flexible copper conductors: Facilitate installation and ensure good electrical conductivity.
- Wide operating temperature range: From -40°C to +70°C allows the cable to be used in various climatic conditions.
The cable meets fire resistance standards (IEC 60332-1-2 and IEC 60332-3-24), which increases safety in the event of a fire. The reaction to fire class is Fca, which means limited flammability and smoke generation of the materials used in its production. The minimum bending radius is 141 mm for fixed installations, which facilitates mounting in tight spaces. Conductor resistance at 20°C is 4.95 Ω/km.
