The YnHKGSLY cable is a specialized solution designed for operation in demanding mining conditions. Construction and application

The cable is characterized by a construction with multi-wire copper cores, which ensures flexibility and resistance to mechanical fatigue. Each core has an individual screen, minimizing the impact of electromagnetic interference on the transmitted signal. PVC insulation and an external coating of the same material guarantee resistance to abrasion, moisture and the action of chemicals present in the mining environment. The cable is intended for powering and controlling control, safety and control devices in surface and underground mines.

The YnHKGSLY cable has a core cross-section of 1 mm², which allows for transmission of signals with sufficient power. The rated voltage U is 500V, and the voltage U0 is 300V. The approximate outer diameter of the cable is 10 mm, and the minimum bending radius during permanent installation is 100 mm. The core resistance at 20°C is 19.5 Ω/km. The cable has three cores, and its weight is approximately 130 kg/km (approximate value). The reaction to fire class according to EN 13501-6 is Fca – this means limited flammability and smoke emission of the material.
