The YnHKGSY 0.6/1 kV cable is a specialized signal cable designed for operation under the demanding conditions found in mining environments. The cable construction includes copper conductors insulated with PVC, individual shields on each core, and an outer PVC sheath providing resistance to mechanical damage and flame propagation.

This cable is used in open-pit, borehole, and underground mining installations (excluding explosive hazard zones), as well as in intrinsically safe circuits. It performs reliably in powering control devices and in safety and control systems. Thanks to its special PVC with high resistance to abrasion and environmental factors, the cable ensures long-term, fault-free operation even under the most extreme conditions. The shielded core design minimizes electromagnetic interference, guaranteeing stable signal transmission.
Structural Features and Operational Parameters
The YnHKGSY cable is characterized by flexibility and ease of installation. The minimum bending radius is 10 × cable diameter, facilitating routing in confined spaces. The test voltage is 2.0 kV for the 300/500 V version and 3.5 kV for the 0.6/1 kV version, ensuring high electrical insulation. Operating temperature ranges from -40°C to +70°C, with a minimum installation temperature of -5°C. Constructed with class 5 multi-strand copper conductors (per PN-EN 60228), it provides excellent electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance. The outer sheath, made of special PVC, is flame-retardant and non-propagating (compliant with PN-EN 60332-1 and PN-EN 60332-3-24), enhancing user safety. Sheath color enables easy voltage identification – gray for 300/500 V and yellow for 0.6/1 kV.
