YnHKGSY 0.6/1kV cable is a specialized cable designed for use in mining, characterized by high resistance to mechanical damage and external factors. The cable construction, with PVC insulation and coating, as well as individual shields on the cores, ensures safe and reliable signal transmission in demanding environments. This cable is an ideal solution for both professional installers working in mines and end-users who need solid cabling in the mining industry.
Construction and application
The YnHKGSY cable was designed specifically for operation in the mining industry, both in surface and underground (non-methane) mines. It can be used in control, safety and power circuits of control devices. Thanks to the flame-retardant PVC coating, it meets stringent fire safety standards. Single-wire copper conductors class 1 (according to PN-EN 60228) ensure good conductivity and flexibility. Core marking is natural with digital printing, which facilitates the identification of individual wires. In addition, the presence of a yellow-green wire in the outer layer serves as a protective function.
This cable finds application:
- in surface and borehole mining plants (outside explosion hazard zones),
- in underground non-methane mining plants,
- in intrinsically safe circuits in surface and borehole mining plants (in explosion hazard zones),
- in intrinsically safe circuits in underground mining plants classified as class "A" of coal dust explosion hazard.
