• Conductors: Made of multi-wire copper class 5 (according to PNEN 60228), which ensures flexibility and resistance to material fatigue during operation.
• Insulation: Special PVC guarantees good electrical insulation and resistance to abrasion and chemical substances.
• Shielding: Individual shielding on each conductor minimizes the risk of electromagnetic interference, which is important for the precise operation of control and measurement systems.
• Outer jacket: Made of special PVC with increased resistance to flame propagation (meets PN-EN 60332-1 and PN-EN 60332-3-24 standards), ensuring safety in the event of a fire. The jacket color is gray for 300/500V voltage and yellow for 0.6/1kV to facilitate cable identification.
• Operating temperature: A wide range of operating temperatures from -40°C to +70°C allows the cable to be used in extreme climatic conditions prevailing in mining. The minimum laying temperature is -5°C.
• Test voltage: 2.0 kV for 300/500V cables and 3.5 kV for 0.6/1kV cables confirms the high quality of insulation and safety of use.
• Minimum bending radius: 10 x outer diameter ensures easy installation even in tight spaces.
