Signal cable BiT YnKSY 0.6/1kV – reliability and safety of installation

The BiT YnKSY 0.6/1kV cable is a flame-retardant signal cable designed for a wide range of applications in energy control and protection devices, control circuits, and for powering electrical equipment. Construction and properties

This cable is characterized by a solid construction designed for long-term and trouble-free operation. It is made of round copper conductors of class 1 (according to PN-EN 60228), which guarantees good electrical conductivity. The conductors are insulated with special PVC and then twisted in parallel into a core. The whole is surrounded by a flame-retardant PVC coating, resistant to UV radiation and oils (O2). The conductors are numbered, with an additional yellow-green conductor for easy identification.

This cable model is also distinguished by its flexibility – the minimum bending radius is 10xØ cable. It is designed to operate at temperatures from -40°C to +80°C (permanent installation), and the maximum conductor temperature during operation is 70°C, and during short circuit – 160°C. The voltage test of the cable is 4000V.
