The BiTOne H05V-K installation cable with a cross-section of 1 mm² is a high-quality single-core PVC-insulated cable designed for making connections in electrical devices, switchgear, and lighting installations. Manufactured by the Polish company BITNER, operating on the market since 1996, it ensures reliability and safety of use.

Construction and materials

The cable features a Class 5 multi-wire copper conductor (in accordance with PN-EN 60228), which guarantees excellent flexibility and electrical conductivity. The insulation, made of special PVC in red, provides durable protection and easy identification within the installation. The outer diameter is 2.5 mm, and the weight is 14 kg/km, making it compact and easy to install.

Electrical parameters include a rated voltage of 300/500V, a voltage test of 50Hz - 2000V, and an insulation resistance of 20MΩxkm. The cable maintains stable parameters across a wide temperature range from -40°C to +80°C, with installation possible from -5°C.

Application and installation conditions

The cable is intended for fixed, protected installations inside lighting or control devices. It is suitable for control cabinets, the automotive industry, the consumer electronics (RTV) and home appliance (AGD) sectors, as well as for connecting moving parts within machines and instruments.

It can be used outside of devices provided it is placed in protective conduits that shield it from external conditions and moisture. In external installations, the use of conduits providing adequate protection is required.
