This HygienicPro drain channel body is an element of a water drainage system, designed for demanding applications. It is ideally suited for both industrial facilities and rooms with high sanitary standards – from laboratories, through production plants, to hospitals and catering establishments. Made of stainless steel, it ensures durability and corrosion resistance, and the well-thought-out design facilitates installation and maintenance.

The channel dimensions are 150x3000 mm and is finished with a 110 mm diameter outlet. The average height of the model and the presence of a sediment basket (type 780.004.020.05) ensure effective collection of impurities and minimize the risk of clogging. The membrane-free design simplifies installation and reduces operating costs.

Construction and Materials

The channel body is made of high-quality stainless steel AISI 304 (EN 1.4301), which guarantees resistance to aggressive chemicals and mechanical damage. Stainless steel is the preferred material in places where hygiene and ease of cleaning are key – it does not absorb odors or promote bacterial growth. The grating is also made of stainless steel, ensuring material consistency and an aesthetic appearance.

It is worth noting the vertical direction of the outflow, which facilitates connection to the sewage system. The sediment basket effectively stops larger impurities, protecting the pipes from clogging and making regular cleaning easier. The entire structure has been designed to ensure rapid water flow and minimize the risk of stagnation.

This channel body is part of the comprehensive HygienicPro system from Blucher, which includes siphons (type 562) and a grating (type 697.250.150.50) – available for separate purchase.
