The HygienicPro channel body is a component of a drainage system designed for use in places with high hygiene requirements, such as the food industry, hospitals, laboratories, or production facilities. Made of AISI 316L stainless steel, it provides exceptional resistance to corrosion and aggressive chemicals. This channel is an ideal solution where ease of cleaning and disinfection are key.

Construction and installation

The channel body with dimensions of 150x9000 mm has a central drain with a diameter of 110 mm. This is a so-called low model, which means its construction allows integration with various types of floors – concrete, tiled, and resinous. It is worth remembering that to ensure the full functionality of the system, a siphon (type 562), a sediment basket (type 780), and a grating (type 697.250.150.50) must be purchased separately. Installation is simple and intuitive, and thanks to the precise workmanship, the channel perfectly adapts to the existing infrastructure.

Materials and durability

Both the inlet and the grating are made of AISI 316L stainless steel (EN 1.4404), which guarantees long-term operation even in the most demanding conditions. This steel is characterized by high resistance to acids, bases, and other chemicals, making it an ideal material for use in industrial and sanitary environments. The absence of a membrane simplifies cleaning and maintenance of the channel. The weight of a single body is approximately 62.66 kg, which testifies to the solidity of the construction.
