This two-flanged spigot, made of gray cast iron, is a reliable element for connecting pipes in water supply systems. Designed for use with water and other chemically inert liquids, it finds application in both municipal and domestic installations. Construction and Materials

The spigot is made of gray cast iron (GJL) compliant with EN-GJL 250 (PN-EN 1561) standard, which provides it with high mechanical strength. The use of this material makes the element resistant to damage and external influences. Additionally, the spigot has a minimum 80 μm thick epoxy powder coating (RAL 5005), which protects it from corrosion and extends its service life. The spigot flanges are manufactured according to PN-EN 1092-2 standard, guaranteeing compatibility with other installation elements.

Application and Parameters

The two-flanged spigot with a diameter of DN100 and a length of 400 mm is designed to operate at a pressure of PN10. Its construction allows for easy installation and disassembly if servicing of the installation is required. It is widely used in:
