This telescopic box, designed for DN150 valves, is an ideal solution for both professional installers and end-users. It provides safe and convenient valve control in underground installations, and its design allows for length adjustment in the range of 1255 mm to 1825 mm. This is crucial when precise adaptation to specific installation conditions is required.

Functionality and application

The main function of the box is to extend the valve stem in a movable way. This allows for comfortable operation of the valve from ground level, eliminating the need for direct access to it in an excavation. This is particularly important for valves located at great depths or in hard-to-reach places. The box is used in water supply, sewage and other underground installations requiring remote valve control.

Design and materials

The box is made of high-quality materials, guaranteeing its durability and corrosion resistance. The lower and upper ends are made of cast iron (EN-GJL 250 according to PN-EN 1561), and the remaining elements – the sleeve, telescopic spindle, cover and flange – are made of durable HDPE polyethylene. Structural reinforcements include galvanized steel (cotter pin) and S235JR steel (spindle and connector). Epoxy powder coating with a thickness of 80 µm provides additional protection against external factors. Thanks to this, the box is resistant to mechanical damage and the action of aggressive chemical substances found in the ground.
