Threaded water gate valve clamp, made of spheroidal graphite cast iron (GJS), is a reliable solution for shutting off the flow in water supply systems. The product is designed for use in potable water networks and in installations with non-aggressive liquids. A wide clamp ensures stable mounting on PVC/PE pipes, and the threaded connection allows for easy installation in existing systems.

Design and application

The gate valve clamp combines the function of a gate valve and a clamp, simplifying the process of connecting new elements to the existing network. It is particularly useful when making additional connections to PE or PVC pipes. Made of high-quality spheroidal graphite cast iron (EN-GJS 500-7), it provides durability and corrosion resistance. A soft seal guarantees a leak-proof connection, and the epoxy coating (RAL 5005) protects against external factors.

The gate valve clamp with a nominal diameter of DN32 and a working pressure of PN16 will work in both domestic installations and more demanding industrial systems. Thanks to the ability to operate at a temperature of up to 75°C (with EPDM seal) and 70°C (with NBR seal), it is a universal solution for various operating conditions. It is worth paying attention to the driving torque (DN32 - 32Nm) and the closing torque (DN32 - 16Nm), which affect the comfort and safety of use. The stem made of stainless steel, with a rolled trapezoidal thread bearing, ensures smooth operation of the closing mechanism.
