Thanks to a motor with a rated power of 1400 W and a rotational speed of up to 9300 rpm, the device handles the most difficult substrates without loss of performance. A key structural element is the Constant Electronic system, which automatically corrects the speed when resistance increases. This prevents the disc from "clogging" when entering deeper into the material, allowing for a constant cutting speed and even wear of the tooling.

Working comfort and operator safety

Working with this device is significantly easier than with older models, thanks to the Soft Start function. The soft start limits the initial torque, preventing a sudden jerk of the tool at the moment of startup – this is crucial for safety, especially when working on a ladder or in tight spaces. Stability during grooving is ensured by a solid metal base plate and four guide rollers, which facilitate precise tracking of the cutting line.

For the installer, the ability to adjust the groove depth from 0 to 35 mm and the cutting width from 3 to 39 mm is also key. The device also features a dedicated connection for attaching an industrial vacuum cleaner (e.g., model GAS 35 M AFC), allowing dust to be extracted directly at the point of its creation. This is not just a matter of cleanliness – dust reduction significantly improves the visibility of the cutting line and protects the operator's health from inhaling harmful solid particles.
