The tray is made of steel with an electrolytic zinc coating, providing corrosion resistance in industrial and commercial environments. The coating not only extends the product's lifespan but also reduces the need for replacement—significantly impacting maintenance costs and installation durability.

The U-profile with dimensions 105 mm x 600 mm and a length of 3 meters offers a usable cross-section of 63 000 mm²—sufficient for organizing large quantities of cables without excessive density. Thanks to its open construction, it acts as a natural ventilation system, helping to prevent cable overheating and extending their service life.

The edges are protected by T-welded technology—specially profiled to prevent damage to cable insulation and injury to installers during mounting. This is not just a matter of safety but also work efficiency: less time spent on careful handling, more time on proper installation.

The operating temperature range from -20°C to +120°C allows use in various environments—from cold storage rooms to production machinery. The weight is approximately 4.3 kg per meter—light enough for transport and installation, yet sufficiently robust to maintain stability under full load.

There are no built-in partitions or additional elements—this is a pure tray. This ensures simple installation and flexibility: you can connect it with other systems, mount it on walls, ceilings, or floors—all depending on the installation requirements.

It is not a fire-resistant element (no E30/E90 rating), so do not use it where fire insulation is required. However, where you need a solid, corrosion-resistant, and ventilated cable tray—this is one of the most practical solutions available.
