Strength and corrosion resistance

The CM50 bracket is made of stainless steel 316L (1.4401), which makes it exceptionally resistant to aggressive chemicals, moisture and high temperatures (operating range from -20°C to 120°C). This feature is particularly important in installations exposed to harsh weather conditions or the presence of corrosive substances. Thanks to this, the bracket retains its mechanical properties for a long time, ensuring the safety and reliability of the entire installation.

Installation and compatibility

The CM50 bracket is designed for wall mounting and works with cable trays with a width of 50 to 100 mm. Its dimensions – length 101 mm, width 19 mm and height 50 mm – allow for flexible adaptation to various installation configurations. The maximum safe load of 1000 N guarantees stability even with a heavy cable weight. The mounting angle is 90 degrees. This bracket belongs to the E90 System, which means its usefulness in installations requiring the maintenance of circuit continuity in the event of a fire (although the bracket itself does not have an E30/E90 certificate). Installation is simple and intuitive, which translates into saving time and costs during installation.
