Cable tray with U-profile, 105x300 mm, with electrolytic galvanization

Made of steel, the tray has a U-profile shape and is electrolytically galvanized — the zinc layer is denser and more uniform than with hot-dip galvanizing, which increases corrosion resistance in humid or aggressive conditions. This is important for installations in industrial premises, corridors, or areas with high humidity.

The length of one element is 3 meters — the standard length for the entire series, which facilitates planning cable routes without the need for on-site cutting. The width of 300 mm and height of 105 mm provide a usable cross-section of 31 500 mm² — sufficient to run a large number of cables or wires in a single tray without crowding.

The weight is approximately 3.05 kg per meter — it is not light, but not excessively heavy either. For the installer, this means stability during installation and easy handling on supports, while at the same time not overloading the load-bearing structure. Installation is carried out using standard brackets and fasteners from the Cablofil series — it does not require special tools or adaptations.

The operating temperature range from -20 to +120 °C allows use in both unheated rooms and in close proximity to heat sources — e.g., with power cables for heating devices or transformers. There are no built-in partitions — it is a simple, open tray that can be easily disassembled and modified during modernization.

It does not meet E30/E90 requirements — it is not designed as a fire-resistant element. It should not be used where fire insulation or maintenance of function during a fire is required.

It is worth remembering: this is not a stainless steel tray. If you need higher chemical resistance (e.g., in laboratories or car wash halls), it is worth considering versions marked 304L or 316L.
