The tray is manufactured from steel sheet and electrolytically galvanized, providing corrosion resistance in humid and aggressive environments without the need for additional coatings or paints. Electrolytic galvanizing produces a dense, uniform protective layer that adheres better to the surface than hot-dip galvanizing, while not increasing the profile thickness—crucial for installation in tight spaces.

The U-profile with dimensions 30x150 mm and a length of 3 meters forms a stable structure for routing cables and wires. The usable cross-section is 3978 mm², sufficient for multiple cables of various diameters without risking tray overload. The absence of built-in partitions allows flexible installation organization—cables can be arranged freely, facilitating later modifications or expansions.

Installation is simple: the tray can be mounted on walls or ceilings using appropriate brackets. No specialized equipment is required—a screwdriver and a drill are sufficient. The weight per meter is only 0.68 kg, significantly easing transportation and manual installation even in hard-to-reach locations.

The operating temperature range from -20°C to +120°C makes it suitable for installations in heated rooms as well as in unheated industrial facilities. It is not intended for applications requiring E30/E90 fire resistance classes—it does not meet fire resistance standards and therefore cannot be used as a fire protection element.

There are no connectors or additional components—it is a pure profile. This is its advantage: the absence of unnecessary components means fewer failure points and simpler quality control during inspection. It functions like a "hollow pipe"—except with a mesh that allows easy access to cables without disassembly.

Note: This is not a tray for flush-mounted installations or for use in explosion-hazardous zones. It is a solution for standard cable routes in commercial, office, or industrial buildings—where a solid, durable, and easy-to-maintain structure is required.
