Electrolytic Zinc-Coated Wire Mesh Tray, U-Profile

The tray is manufactured from steel with an electrolytic zinc coating, providing corrosion resistance in humid or mildly aggressive environments. The zinc coating ensures extended service life in indoor installations without extreme atmospheric loads – for example, in commercial, office, or industrial buildings with controlled climates.

The U-profile with dimensions 30 x 300 mm offers a usable cross-section of 7953 mm², allowing multiple wires or cables to be routed freely within a single tray. The standard unit length is 3 meters – the typical length for CABLOFIL systems, facilitating transportation and installation without the need for cutting.

The weight is 1.46 kg per meter, making the tray lightweight while maintaining sufficient rigidity. Installation is straightforward – it features no built-in partitions or connectors, serving as a base element for system expansion using additional supporting components (e.g., brackets, hangers, EDRN connectors).

Operating temperature ranges from -20°C to +120°C, enabling use in most indoor environments – from cold storage rooms to centrally heated spaces. It is not intended for applications requiring maintained functionality during a fire (no E30/E90 classification) and is therefore unsuitable for installations in fire protection zones.

Dimensions and construction are compatible with the entire CF30 series – it can be easily integrated with other system components: ASGS hangers, CSN300GS brackets, or CP300GS covers. It does not include safety edges – typical for basic mesh elements, where installation safety is ensured by additional accessories.
